Zoom error "You don't have enough licenses"

If you attempt to port a number and receive the error message "You don't have enough licenses," you will not be able to submit a porting request. This error indicates that you must first add more Zoom Phone licenses (either a calling plan or telephone numbers) before submitting a porting request. 

Phone numbers must be associated with a license. This can either be a calling plan that comes with a bundled phone number or a standalone phone number license. You will receive the above error if you are trying to port in more numbers than those supported by the licenses on your account)

  1. Ensure that you have the correct number of Zoom Phone licenses (either a calling plan or additional telephone numbers) for the users you want.
  2. Purchase the number of Zoom Phone licenses, calling plans, or additional telephone numbers that you need for your porting request.
  3. Submit your porting request.
