Customizing the Zoom Phone email template
Account owners and admins can customize the branding of transactional emails sent to Zoom Phone users. They can add their company logo, choose brand colors for buttons and fonts, and modify the email footer. Additionally, account owners and admins can preview the branded emails before applying changes to ensure a cohesive brand experience for their recipients.
Requirements for customizing the Zoom Phone email template
- Business, Education, or Enterprise Account
- Account owner or admin privileges
- Vanity URL
- Admin who is familiar with HTML/CSS
- Zoom Phone license

How to enable or disable the personal branding template
Account
To enable or disable Branding template for all users in the account:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Advanced then Branding.
- Click the Email tab.
- Under Phone, click the Branding template toggle to enable or disable it.
- If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
How to manage the personal branding template
Access the personal branding template settings
- Enable the Branding template setting.
- Under the Branding template setting, click Manage template.
A pop-up window will appear. - In the window, click the Header, Footer, Fonts, or Other tab to configure customizations in each tab.
- (Optional) In the top-right corner of the window, click Preview to view your email's appearance.
Note: You can choose to send the preview email to yourself by clicking Send me a preview email. - (Optional) In the bottom-left corner, click Reset all changes to reset all customizations.
Manage the Header tab
- Access the personal branding template settings.
- In the window, click the Header tab to upload your organization’s logo and edit the Zoom sign-in button in the header.
- In the logo upload area, click to upload or drag and drop your logo.
Note: The logo must be JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats, up to 300KB. - (Optional) Click the Zoom "Sign in" button toggle to enable or disable it.
- Under Button background color, select the color for the button element.
- To add custom colors, click the add button .
A color picker will open.
Note: You can add a maximum of 5 custom colors. - Select the custom color you want to add by using the following methods:
- Use the slider to select a color.
- In the color picker, drag the circle to use a color.
- Enter a HEX number.
- Enter RGB numbers.
- Click Add.
The custom color will be added to the button background color options. - (Optional) To manage custom colors, right-click a custom color and select Edit or Delete.
- Under Button text color, select the color for the button element.
- To add custom colors, click the add button .
A color picker will open.
Note: You can add a maximum of 5 custom colors. - Select the custom color you want to add by using the following methods:
- Use the slider to select a color.
- In the color picker, drag the circle to use a color.
- Enter a HEX number.
- Enter RGB numbers.
- Click Add.
The custom color will be added to the button background color options. - (Optional) To manage custom colors, right-click a custom color and select Edit or Delete.
- Click Save.
Manage the Footer tab
- Access the personal branding template settings.
- In the window, click the Footer tab to display/hide Zoom’s company information and alter the social links shown in the footer.
- (Optional) Click the following toggles to enable or disable them:
- Zoom name & address
- Zoom main direct number
- Enter the URLs for each social media account.
- To the left of the social media URLs, select the checkboxes of the social links you want to display. De-select the checkboxes of the social links you do not want to display.
- Click Save.
Manage the Fonts tab
- Access the personal branding template settings.
- In the window, click the Fonts tab to edit the font styles of the email titles, headers, and body.
- Customize the email title:
- Under Title font, click the dropdown menus to select the font, size, and font boldness.
- Select the color for the email's title.
- To add custom colors, click the add button .
A color picker will open.
Note: You can add a maximum of 5 custom colors. - Select the custom color you want to add by using the following methods:
- Use the slider to select a color.
- In the color picker, drag the circle to use a color.
- Enter a HEX number.
- Enter RGB numbers.
- Click Add.
The custom color will be added to the color options. - (Optional) To manage custom colors, right-click a custom color and select Edit or Delete.
- Customize the email's body:
- Under Body font (include buttons), click the dropdown menus to select the font, size, and font boldness.
- Select the color for the email's body.
- To add custom colors, click the add button .
A color picker will open.
Note: You can add a maximum of 5 custom colors. - Select the custom color you want to add by using the following methods:
- Use the slider to select a color.
- In the color picker, drag the circle to use a color.
- Enter a HEX number.
- Enter RGB numbers.
- Click Add.
The custom color will be added to the color options. - (Optional) To manage custom colors, right-click a custom color and select Edit or Delete.
- Click Save.
Manage the Other tab
- Access the personal branding template settings.
- In the window, click the Other tab to customize the frame, button, and hyperlink color.
- Under Frame color, Button color (if applicable), Button text color (if applicable), and Hyperlinks color (if applicable), select the color that you want for each section.
- To add custom colors, click the add button .
A color picker will open.
Note: You can add a maximum of 5 custom colors. - Select the custom color you want to add by using the following methods:
- Use the slider to select a color.
- In the color picker, drag the circle to use a color.
- Enter a HEX number.
- Enter RGB numbers.
- Click Add.
The custom color will be added to the color options. - (Optional) To manage custom colors, right-click a custom color and select Edit or Delete.
- Click Save.
