Creating a task with Zoom Tasks Zoom Tasks feature enables users to create, track, and manage action items seamlessly within the Zoom platforms. Tasks can be created from within the Zoom Workplace app or Zoom web portal.
Requirements for creating a Zoom Task
Zoom Tasks enabled Zoom Workplace desktop app for Windows, macOS, or Linux: 6.4.3 or higher Zoom Workplace mobile app for Android or iOS: 6.4.5 or higher
How to create a task
Windows | macOS | Linux
Sign in to the Zoom Workplace app. Click the Tasks tab . In the top left corner, click the Add icon . Enter the Title of the task. Under Due Date , set the date by which the task needs to be completed. Under Assignees , select the users to be assigned to the task.Note : By default, you will be listed as an Assignee . Under Description , enter the description of the task. (Optional) Under Attachments , click + Add Attachments to add any files for reference. (Optional) Under Status , select the starting status for the task.Note : By default, the Status will be set to To Do . Under Visibility , select one of the following:
Only assignees and collaborators : Only those added as assignees or collaborators will be able to view the task.Anyone at [Organization name] : All users within an organization will be able to view the task.
(Optional) Under Collaborators , click the Add icon to add contacts as collaborators. Click Create .
Android | iOS

How to create a task in Zoom Mail
Click the Mail tab . Click an email to open it. More options, then click Create task .Fill out the task form . Click Create .
