Configuring appearance and theme for Zoom Rooms

Account owners and administrators can configure their rooms' appearance and theme through the Zoom web portal. The appearance can be switched from default to light or dark options, and the theme can be updated to Classic, Bloom, Rose, or Agave. To configure the theme, admins first need to enable the new Zoom Rooms user interface.

Note: The updated user interface, using the Classic theme, is planned to become the default, starting with the Zoom Rooms 6.4.0 release.

How to configure the appearance for Zoom Rooms

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Room Management, then Zoom Rooms
  3. You can use location hierarchy to configure this setting for a specific room or location. Click Account Settings to configure it for the entire account. 
  4. Under Appearance and theme you can select the following options:
  5. If you have selected a new appearance, click Save to finish.

How to configure the appearance and theme for Zoom Rooms

  4. Under Appearance and theme select Light. Themes are only available when this option is selected.
  5. Check the Try the new Zoom Rooms UI option. 
  6. Select a theme:
  7. If you have selected a new appearance, click Save to finish.
