How to pay invoices with UPI

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a secure and convenient payment method available for Zoom customers in India. To use UPI for payments, ensure it is set as your active payment method and that you have accepted the eMandate Agreement. Once configured, recurring payments will process automatically for most transactions. For high-value transactions, UPI regulations may require additional customer authorization. While UPI supports one-time payments and recurring billing, it’s important to note that there are transaction limits set by banks and the payment network, which may vary.

For payments exceeding INR 15,000, you will receive a pre-debit SMS notification on the phone number linked to your UPI ID. You must approve this notification to complete the payment process. This ensures a seamless and secure payment experience, even for higher transaction amounts.

Customers can also switch to UPI as their payment method during an account upgrade, even if a different payment method was initially used when purchasing their Zoom plan. This flexibility ensures users can choose UPI at any point during their subscription changes. For invoices exceeding typical UPI thresholds, the system may prompt additional authorization or require alternative payment arrangements. Customers should ensure their bank account and UPI ID are set up to handle such payments.
