Managing Salesforce CRM fields for Revenue Accelerator

Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) admins can configure the fields associated with standard Salesforce opportunity, account, lead, and contact objects in ZRA. They can map CRM fields to Revenue Accelerator required fields, and import more CRM fields as additional fields. Field changes may affect saved filters. ZRA admins can also specify the Salesforce API Name and associated Display Name for custom fields, and easily track the total number of imported fields for each object after making their selections. Additionally, ZRA admins will receive reminders of the product impact when redefining, reconfiguring, or removing a custom field from ZRA, ensuring a streamlined and informed configuration process.

Admins can map ZRA fields (both standard and custom) to Salesforce fields (both standard and custom). They can also configure read and write access, or both at the field level, and ensure mappings persist across future syncs and updates without requiring reconfiguration. This feature provides an intuitive user interface for managing field mappings within ZRA’s admin web portal and a secure, bi-directional data sync with error handling and validation for incompatible field types. The bi-directional CRM sync between Zoom Revenue Accelerator and Salesforce (SFDC) allows admins to map standard and custom fields directly. This feature enables greater flexibility in data synchronization, ensuring that data captured in ZRA aligns with the unique data structures of individual organizations using Salesforce.
