Enabling or disabling IP address access control when accessing a meeting summary

Account owners and admins can enable or disable the IP address access control setting for all users in their account. When enabled, it allows meeting summary access only from specific IP address ranges. This setting is available at the account, group, and user levels, but locking it at the account level prevents changes at the group and user levels.
