Enabling the Revenue Accelerator welcome email

Account owners and admins can enable or disable automated email notifications sent to newly provisioned Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) users. A welcome email will be sent immediately whenever the user is assigned a Revenue Accelerator license.

When disabled, no email notification is sent upon user provisioning, allowing admins to organize users into teams, configure settings, and associate historical recordings before notifying users of their account activation. This feature provides greater control over the onboarding process for new ZRA users.

How to enable or disable the Revenue Accelerator welcome email

Account

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under General, click the Welcome email toggle to enable or disable it.
  5. If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
    When enabled, a welcome email will be sent immediately whenever the user is assigned a Revenue Accelerator license.

Revenue Accelerator Users

Send email to specific users

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Users.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. In the top-right corner, click Welcome email, then click Send email to specific users.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  5. (Optional) Select or de-select the Show unsent users only checkbox.
    Note: Unsent users will be filtered and selected by default.
  6. In the window, select the checkboxes of the users to whom you want to send emails.
  7. Click Send.
    Welcome emails will be sent to the selected users.

Welcome new users

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Users.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. In the top-right corner, click Welcome email, then click Welcome new users.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  5. In the window, click the Welcome email toggle to enable or disable it.
  6. If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
    When enabled, a welcome email will be sent immediately whenever the user is assigned a Revenue Accelerator license. When disabled, new licensed users will no longer receive any welcome emails.
