Using Revenue Accelerator with Salesforce for Lightning

After an admin has installed the Salesforce integration and configured the integration with Zoom Revenue Accelerator, users can start using Salesforce for Revenue Accelerator. This article guides users through the various features available to them with the integration.

Note: Salesforce users must also be licensed with at least a standard Salesforce license.

How to use the Zoom Phone widget in Salesforce

Access the Zoom Phone widget in Salesforce

  1. Sign in to Salesforce.
  2. In the bottom-left corner of the page, click Phone to access the Zoom Phone widget.
    This widget is where you will make and receive phone calls.
    Note: The widget may have been renamed by your Salesforce administrator.
  3. Use the following tabs for different actions:

Call contact phone number

  1. Sign in to Salesforce.
  2. Access Contacts.
  3. Select the contact record you want to manage.
  4. Under Phone, click the phone number you want to call.
    Note: If the contact has multiple numbers, click the down arrow to show more phone numbers, then select the phone number you want to call. If the number is greyed out and the phone icon has a line through it, then ensure you are logged into the Zoom Phone widget.
    After clicking the phone number, the Zoom Phone widget will appear.

How to view Revenue Accelerator data in Salesforce

Instead of going to the Zoom web portal, you can view the ZRA details in Salesforce. Data is brought through to your actual Salesforce instance, and it's available for a supervisor, manager, sales executive, or other relevant role who needs to quickly understand what's happening on an opportunity. They can go through the details and information in Salesforce. This allows them to find information in one place without needing to switch to multiple platforms.

View Revenue Accelerator meeting information in Salesforce

  1. Sign in to Salesforce.
  2. Access Contacts.
  3. Select the contact record you want to manage.
  4. On the right side of the page, click the Activity tab.
  5. To the left of a date, click a meeting that you want to manage.
  6. In the Zoom Revenue Accelerator Details section, review the conversation information, key points (such as deal factors and customer objections), and additional information associated with this contact.
  7. (Optional) Under Additional Info, in the ZRA Conversation and ZRA Deal Timeline fields, click the URLs to return to the Zoom web portal.
  8. In the Zoom Meeting Detail section, view the Zoom meeting details and information.
  9. (Optional) In the Zoom Meeting Detail section, under Zoom Meeting Play URL, click the headphone icon to listen to the meeting audio or the video icon to access the meeting recording.

View Revenue Accelerator phone call information in Salesforce

  1. Sign in to Salesforce.
  2. Access Contacts.
  3. Select the contact record you want to manage.
  4. On the right side of the page, click the Activity tab.
  5. To the left of a date, click a phone call that you want to manage.
  6. In the Zoom Revenue Accelerator Details section, review the conversation information, key points (such as deal factors and customer objections), additional information, and call log details associated with this contact.
  7. (Optional) Under Additional Info, in the ZRA Conversation and ZRA Deal Timeline fields, click the URLs to return to the Zoom web portal.
  8. In the Call Log Detail section, view the phone call details and information.
  9. (Optional) In the Recording section, to the right of Recording or Voicemail, click the volume icon to listen to the phone call recording.

View Revenue Accelerator information from the Insights (or custom) tab

View Revenue Accelerator information from a Salesforce custom object

Revenue Accelerator information is also kept inside of a Salesforce custom object.

  1. Sign in to Salesforce.
  2. In the top-left corner, click the 9-dots App Launcher icon to search for Zoom ZRA Analysis.
  3. Click a custom object record.
  4. View the custom object record's Revenue Accelerator information.
    Note: All the data are individual fields, which means you can potentially use all this information in your own custom reporting. You could create a report or pull this data into a report you want to run.

How to view opportunities, contacts, leads, and accounts with the Lighting Web Component (user)

Before viewing opportunities, contacts, leads, and accounts with the Lighting Web Component, ensure that the following criteria are met:
  1. Sign in to Salesforce.
  2. Select one of the following objects:
  3. Depending on the tab you clicked, select the opportunity/lead/contact/account record you want to manage.
    Note: Ensure that the opportunity/lead/contact/account that you're managing has the Insights (or custom) tab, and the Insights (or custom) tab has the Lightning Web Component for the ZRA analysis object.
  4. Click the Insights (or custom) tab.
  5. Review and scroll through the Zoom Revenue Accelerator details and conversation information by clicking the back arrow and forward arrow .
    Note: Only the conversation details that are relevant to this opportunity/lead/contact/account record will be displayed. The opportunity/lead/contact/account record must be associated with a specific conversation before the information will be displayed.
