Sharing Zoom Contact Center variables to third-party apps

Zoom Contact Center admins can share global variables with third-party apps (Zoom Apps) used by agents in the contact center. App developers can access these variables through a new method in the Zoom Apps JS SDK. By sharing engagement related data via global variables, these third-party apps can offer a more personalized experience for agents and enhance their workflows.
