Managing Zoom Events add-ons

Account admins can manage Zoom Events or Zoom Sessions add-on licenses through the Zoom Events portal. This allows them to transfer add-ons between different users or hubs in their account.

How to access the Add-on licenses page as an account admin

  1. Sign in to Zoom Events.
  2. In the top-left corner of the page, click Account.
  3. In the left navigation menu, click Add on licenses.

The Add on licenses page will appear containing tabs for Seats and Video CMS

How to manage add-ons as an account admin

Video CMS

  1. Access the Add on licenses page.
  2. Next to Seats, click Video CMS.
    The number and type of your video CMS licenses, along with a list of hubs, assigned licenses, and hub owners, will be displayed.
  3. (Optional) Under Unique Viewers, click the All hubs with assigned Video CMS license opt into Video-On-Demand overage checkbox to enable or disable overage.
    Note: Overage is enabled by default and is recommended to be kept on. This ensures your published video content remains available even after credits are used up.
  4. Under Hubs, to the right of the user you want to change the license for, click Assign license or Unassign license.
    A small confirmation window will appear.
  5. Select the license type you want to assign or unassign.
  6. Click Confirm.
