All the recordings that meet theĀ criteria set by your Revenue Accelerator admins will appear to you as conversations. Users can access and review conversation recordings on their mobile devices through the Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) Conversations tab in the Zoom mobile app. The mobile app allows key activities and call playback, providing sales leaders and customer relationship owners (CROs) with the ability to review crucial customer interactions from their mobile devices. Users can see and reply to existing comments, as well as enter new comments. Users can share recordings and update sharing permission settings.
They also have the ability to add calls to playlists, access playlists, and share playlists. This feature enhances mobility and productivity for sales teams, enabling them to stay up-to-date with critical conversations and make informed decisions regardless of their location.

This feature will be rolled out to accounts over time and will be generally available on February 28, 2025.
Zoom Revenue Accelerator recordings follow the data retention policies of the Zoom account. If your account owner or admins are configured to delete Zoom recordings automatically after a period of time, then the recordings will be removed from Zoom Revenue Accelerator as well.
At the top of the Conversations page, tap the filter icon , then filter conversations by time period. Note: The default option will be the Last 7 days.
To the right of a conversation topic, tap the ellipsis and select from the following actions:
Share: Share the conversation recording link.
Edit Who can view (share permissions), What viewers can view (transcript and/or recording), Passcode, or Copy link. Notes:
Users with share edit permission can edit the Who can view settings.
What viewers can view settings will follow the website settings and cannot be edited.
The Share Link Expiration setting is not configurable on the Zoom mobile app.
Add to Listen later: Add the conversation to the Listen later tab.
Add to a playlist: Select an existing playlist to add the conversation. After adding the conversation to the playlist, tap View to view the playlist.
How to use the recording playback section
You can access the recordings that Zoom Revenue Accelerator analyzed and review the associated metrics to get more data on how a conversation went. The recording playback has typical controls, such as play/pause, volume, playback speed control, and full-screen mode.
Tap the conversation you want to view. You will be directed to the conversation recording playback section.
In the recording playback section, you can:
Play the recording
Skip forward or backward by 15 seconds
Skip to the next speaker
Adjust the recording volume
Change the playback speed
Show or hide the subtitles
Enter or exit fullscreen
Under the playback section, select a tab to view:
Overview: Gain insights into the meeting by clicking through the following tabs:
Highlights: This contains extracted Brief, Next Steps, and Indicators sections.
Deal Insights: View Deal data, Deal Factors, and Customer Objections.
Good Questions: View the conversation's questions.
Participants: View the speaker tracks:
View the Demo and Presentation tracks. Demo is sharing dynamic screens while Presentation is sharing more static screens.
View the speaker tracks and the speakers' timestamps in the meeting. You can also view speaker names and see their overall participation and attendance (as well as their participation percentage in the conversation).
Content: This contains a Transcript of the conversation that you can search. Tap a transcript section to play a specific part of the video. Note: If the highlighted transcripts are scrolled outside the screen, you will see the Resume transcript auto-scroll button.
Comments: Write a comment to start a conversation and add feedback. Use @mention to tag others.
Long-press a comment to view the following options:
Reply: Reply to a comment. Tap the lock icon to set your comments to private. Note: You can also tap the reply button under a comment to add a reply.
Edit: Edit a comment.
Delete: Delete a comment. Note: This action cannot be undone.
