Managing fax cover templates

Account owners and admins can create and manage fax covers. Users can apply the fax covers created by admins when creating a new fax.

How to access the fax cover setting

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Company Info.
  3. At the top of the page, click Account Settings.
  4. Click the Settings tab.
  5. Under Fax, to the right of Fax cover, click Manage.
    You will be directed to the Fax cover page.

How to add fax covers

Note: You can add up to 50 fax covers.

  1. Access the Fax cover setting.
  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click + New cover.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  3. In the window, enter the following details:
    Note: The following information will be printed. Users can apply this cover while creating a fax.
  4. View the fax preview on the right side of the window.
  5. Click Save.
    The created fax cover will appear in the Fax cover tab.

How to manage fax covers

Manage one fax cover

  1. Access the Fax cover setting.
  2. Hover your cursor over the fax cover you want to manage, then click the ellipsis in the top-right corner.
  3. Click from the following actions:

Manage multiple fax covers

  1. Access the Fax cover setting.
  2. Hover your cursor over the fax covers you want to manage, then select the checkboxes in the top-left corner.
    Note: After selecting at least 1 fax cover, you can click Select all results of current page at the top of the page to select all fax covers.
  3. At the top of the page, click Delete to delete the selected fax covers. If a confirmation window appears, click Delete to confirm.
    Note: Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
