Enabling phone call questions with AI Companion
Account owners and admins can allow phone users to ask questions about an ongoing phone conversation. Zoom AI Companion uses AI technology, which may include third-party models, to let Zoom Phone users quickly catch up and get clarity during a phone call without interrupting it. Zoom Phone users can ask AI Companion questions about the content of the phone call based on the call transcript.
Preset prompts are provided, such as "Summarize this call so far.", "What are the action items?", "Who is responsible for the tasks mentioned?", and "Summarize the decisions made.", which can be useful for catching up when you join late or return after stepping away from the phone call. More specific custom questions are also possible.
