How to scan a delivery using an iPhone

Note: Only delivery management admins will be able to scan/add deliveries in mobile or web.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
  2. Navigate and tap the Workspaces tab.
    Note: The location will vary if you have customized the bottom bar of the mobile app. If not, Workspaces is under the More tab.
  3. Tap the Menu or the 3 horizontal lines.
  4. Tap Deliveries.
  5. Tap the blue Scan icon on the lower right of the screen.
  6. Scan the mail or package.
  7. Review or edit the auto-populated fields and enter the needed information.
  8. Select Save.
  9. The delivery will be added, and the recipient will be notified.

How to manually add deliveries in the web portal

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with edit privileges.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Workspaces Management, then Delivery Management.
  3. Select the location where you want to add the delivery.
  4. Under Deliveries, click Add delivery.
  5. Select the delivery space under Delivery space.
  6. Enter the name or email address of the recipient under Recipient.
    Note: If you can't find the recipient, select Unknown Recipient.
  7. (Optional) If enabled, enter a Carrier.
  8. (Optional) If enabled, enter the tracking number of the package under Tracking number.
    Note: Contact your Zoom admin to enable the optional features.

How to set up a Kiosk for deliveries

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with Zoom Room edit access.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Room Management, then Zoom Rooms.
  3. Select an existing Kiosk at the desired location.
  4. Click the Kiosk tab.
  5. Select the desired Kiosk.
  6. Select Room settings.
  7. Select the Kiosk tab.
  8. Check the Deliveries option under Select functions you would like to configure the Kiosk.
  9. Select which delivery space is associated with the Kiosk.
  10. Under Please make a selection, select the Deliveries icon setting page.
  11. Select Edit delivery and select the Delivery space you want the kiosk to be associated with.
  12. Select if you would like to allow to add deliveries on this device.
  13. Select Save.
  14. Navigate to the bottom of the Kiosk settings page and select Save.

Recipient delivery notification

Note: Make sure that users/recipients who will receive deliveries have a Visitor Management license so they can be properly associated with each delivery.

Recipients are notified upon admin logging a delivery from the web portal. Recipients can also view their deliveries in the web portal, mobile, and Workplace app.

Delivery pick up in Kiosk

Recipients can go to the designated Kiosk when they pick up their deliveries and either sign for them or take a picture (or mark them as picked up, depending on the settings set by the admin).
