Integrating Zoom Revenue Accelerator with Outreach

Users can integrate Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) with Outreach for call recording and analysis. Inbound and outbound calls tracked in Outreach are automatically recorded and transcribed by ZRA. Additionally, users can push call analytics from ZRA, such as talk ratios and conversation topics, back to Outreach as activities. This integration enables users to gain valuable insights from their Outreach calls and incorporate them into their sales processes.

How to integrate Zoom Revenue Accelerator with Outreach

Get valuable conversational insights and streamline your sales process with the integration between Zoom Revenue Accelerator and your sales execution application.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under Integrations, in the Sales Execution Platform Integration section, click Configure.
  5. Click the dropdown menu and select Outreach.
  6. Click Configure.
    A confirmation window will appear.
  7. In the window, click Connect.
    Note: By clicking Connect, you are directing Zoom to access, process, and use your Outreach data to provide the Revenue Accelerator service.
    You will be directed to the Outreach sign-in page.
  8. Sign in to your Outreach account.
  9. After completing the Outreach sign-in, return to the Zoom web portal settings.
  10. Under Integrations, in the Sales Execution Platform Integration section, select the Allow Zoom Revenue Accelerator to create new activities in Outreach from conversation analysis checkbox.
  11. Under Activity Records, select the call analytics data you want to sync to the Outreach integration:

    The synced call analytics will be reflected in the activity field in Outreach.
