Accessing transcripts for Webinar Summary with AI Companion
When hosts who utilize Webinar Summary for AI Companion are allowed to retain their transcripts within the account, these transcripts can be managed and downloaded by the webinar hosts as well as the account admins.
Requirements for accessing transcripts for Webinar Summary with AI Companion
- Account owner or admin privileges (required for managing all users' transcripts)
- A Licensed user on a Zoom Workplace Pro, Zoom Workplace Pro Plus, Zoom Workplace Business, Zoom Workplace Business Plus, Zoom Workplace Enterprise, Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus, or Enterprise Bundle account
- Webinars add on
- Allow meeting hosts to retain and access meeting transcripts is enabled
How to access transcripts for Webinar Summary with AI Companion
Account
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Recording and Transcript Management.
- Click the Transcripts tab.
- Search for transcripts by entering the webinar ID or the host’s email address. You can also enter keywords to search the text within the Webinar Summary for AI Companion transcripts.
Note: There is no limit on the date you can specify.
User
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Recordings and Transcripts.
- Click the Transcripts tab.
You will see a list of Webinar Summary for AI Companion transcripts. - Adjust the date range and status, then search by webinar ID, topic, or keyword.
Note: There is no limit on the date you can specify.
How to download and delete transcripts for Webinar Summary with AI Companion
- To download:
- On the Transcripts tab, click the More icon

Additional options will appear. - Click Download.
- To delete:
- On the Transcripts tab, click the More icon
.
