| Changed feature | Enhancements to task usability and organization | Users can select assignees more efficiently, with suggestions prioritized by the current user, task collaborators, and project members, with pagination support for extended lists. Tasks can be sorted, filtered, and grouped by assignee for improved organization. The comments section has been renamed to activity and includes a slider to switch among all activity, comments, and history in a consolidated view, with an option to collapse the panel. Additional improvements include progress status icons for priority levels, a dismiss option that removes a user as both assignee and collaborator on recommended tasks, interactive drop-down indicators on status and priority fields, step counts and comment counts displayed inline with the task title in list view, and a redesigned layout that places the fill-in details and AI tools controls on the same row. | Web portal Web app Windows macOS |
| Changed feature | Enhancements to task project organization | Users can view and access all joined projects directly from a collapsible Projects entry in the left side rail, replacing the need to navigate to a separate Projects tab. Projects a user creates or is added to are auto-pinned to the rail, with support for up to 50 pinned projects. A plus button in the rail allows users to create a new project, while a contextual menu on each project row provides quick access to settings, member management, sharing, and project deletion. Each project supports Public or Private visibility: Public projects are open to anyone in the account, while Private projects require a request-to-join flow that admins can approve or reject. | Web portal Web app Windows macOS |
