Connecting a UKG account with Zoom Workplace for Frontline

With Zoom Workplace for Frontline, workers can connect their UKG account with their Zoom account, allowing for better integration of their on-shift actions, including punching in and out of their shift and covering/swapping shifts. 

Requirements for using Zoom Workplace for Frontline as a user

• Zoom Workplace for Frontline license
• Zoom Workplace mobile app for Android or iOS: 6.4.5 or higher
• UKG Pro Workforce Management Integration enabled
• UKG Pro Workforce Management for Zoom app installed and configured

How to connect a UKG account with Zoom

1. Sign in to the Zoom for Workplace mobile app.
2. Tap the Today tab.
3. Tap Authenicate your UKG account to sync….
4. When prompted, tap Connect.
   You will be taken to the Zoom web portal and prompted to log in if you haven't.
5. When prompted, log in to your credentials for your UKG account provisioned by your organization.
6. Follow the prompts to complete the authentication.
