How to use the Today tab

Shift contacts

Under the Shift contacts section of the Today tab, your shift contacts will be displayed. This includes pinned contacts, currently active shift channels, and mention groups. 

Workers can initiate communication with shift channels and pinned contacts directly from the Today tab. Learn more about communicating with pinned shift contacts and channels.

Notifications

Under the Notifications section, workers can view and reply to messages from their shift channels, mention groups, or other workers. In addition, tasks that have been assigned to them will be displayed.

How to use the Shifts tab

Under the Shifts tab, workers can view their current and upcoming shifts.

How to manage employees during shifts
