Getting started with Zoom Workplace for Frontline (users)

How to use the Today tab

Shift contacts

Under the Shift contacts section of the Today tab, your shift contacts will be displayed. This includes pinned contacts, currently active shift channels, and mention groups. 

Workers can initiate communication with shift channels and pinned contacts directly from the Today tab. Learn more about communicating with pinned shift contacts and channels.

In addition, workers can manage their pinned contacts and channels to better organize their communication. Learn more about managing pinned shift contacts.

Notifications

Under the Notifications section, workers can punch in and out during their shift, as well as view and reply to messages from their shift channels, mention groups, or other workers.  Additionally, tasks assigned to you will be displayed. 

How to use the Shifts tab

Under the Shifts tab, workers can view their current and upcoming shifts as well as punch in and out of their current shift.

In addition, workers can request a shift swap or have a shift covered, as well as view their cover and swap history.

How to manage employees during shifts

Shift group managers can manage employees, including viewing attendance for a specific shift, assigning tasks for a shift, and reviewing shift summaries. Learn more about using Zoom Workplace for Frontline as a shift group manager.
