Enabling or disabling Custom AI Companion for third-party apps
Account owners and admins can enable or disable users within their account to leverage third-party apps to streamline their workflows.
Note: Currently, only Jira is supported. Other third-party apps will be supported in future releases.
Requirements for enabling or disabling Custom AI Companion for third-party apps
- A Pro, Business, or Enterprise account
- Custom AI Companion add-on
- Account owner, admin privileges, or any custom role that has access to modify account settings

How to enable or disable Custom AI Companion for third-party apps
Account
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- Click the AI Companion tab.
- Under Custom AI Companion, click the Allow AI Companion to perform tasks in third-party apps toggle to enable or disable it.
- If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
- Click Save.
