Enabling or disabling Zoom AI to use third-party indexing services

With Zoom AI, account owners and admins can allow users within their account to use third-party indexing services as data sources for Zoom AI. Enabling third-party indexes allows customers to access their enterprise resources, using their own pre-populated indexes, through Zoom AI. Currently, customers can create knowledge collections using Amazon Q Business and Glean indexing services.

Requirements for enabling or disabling Zoom AI to use third-party indexing services

Note: ZoomMate may not be available for select verticals and select regional customers. See the Zoom AI Companion Security and Privacy Whitepaper for more information.
