Configuring Gainsight for Zoom Revenue Accelerator

Zoom Revenue Accelerator can access Gainsight for AI-generated meeting insights within the account Timeline page. The integration enables CSMs to view AI-generated meeting insights—including call recordings, meeting summaries, and action items—directly within the Gainsight interface. CSMs can access participant information, engagement metrics, and tracker data without switching platforms. With the Gainsight integration, workflows are streamlined to improve efficiency when reviewing accounts and preparing for coaching.

Configuring a Gainsight account for Zoom Revenue Accelerator

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under the Integrations section, locate Gainsight and click Configure.
    Two fields will appear.
  5. In the Access key field, provide your Gainsight REST API Access Key.
  6. In the Gainsight domain field, provide your Gainsight domain.
  7. Click Configure.
    If the connection was successful, a pop-up will appear stating that the connection to Gainsight has been configured.

Disconnecting a Gainsight account from Zoom Revenue Accelerator

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under the Integrations section, locate Gainsight and click Disconnect.
    A pop-up will appear.
  5. Click Disconnect to confirm your decision to disconnect Gainsight from Zoom Revenue Accelerator.
    If the disconnection was successful, a pop-up will appear stating that the connection to Gainsight has been removed.

Configuring Gainsight timelines for Zoom Revenue Accelerator

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under the Integrations section, locate Gainsight. If Gainsight is not configured, configure a Gainsight account for Zoom Revenue Accelerator before proceeding.
  5. Check the box for Allow Revenue Accelerator to create new timeline in Gainsight from conversation analysis.
  6. (Optional) Customize the data provided to Gainsight from Zoom Revenue Accelerator by checking/unchecking the boxes under the Activity Records section.
  7. Click Save.
