The presence indicator appears as a dot on individual avatars throughout the interface, including shift contacts, direct message cards, and quick reply sections. Changed feature | Bulk delete shift groups | Admins and Shift group admins can efficiently manage shift groups through a new bulk deletion feature. This includes a dedicated delete button at the top of the screen, replacing individual trash icons, as well as the ability to select multiple shift groups for deletion. | Web portal |
