Viewing SMS logs
You can view SMS logs to see SMS messages sent and received by phone users.

Requirements for viewing SMS logs
- Pro, Business, or Education account
- Account owner or admin privileges
- Zoom Phone license
How to view SMS logs
Notes:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Logs.
- Click the SMS tab.
- (Optional) At the top of the page, use the following controls to filter or search SMS log entries:
- From To: Filter the SMS logs by date.
- Search bar: Filter the data by the name of the user, number, or email.
- To the right of the search bar, click the dropdown menu and select from the following filters:
- Last Message Time: Queries which sessions have sent last messages between From and To dates.
- Sent Message Time: Queries which sessions have sent messages between From and To dates.
- Received Message Time: Queries which sessions have received messages between From and To dates.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click the dropdown and filter the owner type of the data as Owner Type (All), User, Call Queue, or Auto Receptionist.
- (Optional) In the top-right corner of the page, click Export to CSV to export the data to a CSV file and download it.
Note: You can export up to 100,000 records. - To the right of an SMS data entry (participant), click View to view the content of the SMS conversation.
