Admin features |
---|
New or enhanced feature | Enhancements to webinar resources controls | Account admins can enable or disable specific sections of webinar resources at the account, group, and user levels. Admins have granular control over three main components: resource links, documents, and speakers sections. When a section is disabled, hosts cannot add or display content in that particular area of webinar resources. This flexibility allows organizations to maintain compliance requirements while still utilizing other webinar resource features. These controls help organizations better manage their webinar content sharing capabilities. | Web portal |

New or enhanced feature | Local recording support for webinar breakout rooms |
Local recording support can be enabled for designated participants within webinar breakout rooms. The recording permissions follow a hierarchical structure where admins can enable local recording for hosts, who can then enable local recording for co-hosts and panelists. Each authorized participant can independently record their breakout room session, creating separate local recordings of simultaneous discussions. Note: This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on the client release currently scheduled for June 17, 2025

New or enhanced feature | Host/co-host option to dismiss questions answered by panelists | Hosts and co-hosts can dismiss questions that panelists have marked "Answer Live" in webinar Q&As. When a panelist clicks "Answer Live" to answer a question, both the host and the co-host can click "Done" on the panelist's behalf to complete the answer and move it to the answered queue. | Windows macOS Linux |

New or enhanced feature | Enhancements to video reactions for webinar panelists | Webinar panelists can display reactions on their individual video tiles during webinars. Panelists can use both individual reactions and full reactions where the tile changes color and multiple reactions are shown simultaneously. The reactions appear directly on the panelist's video tile, making it easier for them to express emotions and engage with other participants. Attendees maintain their existing reaction capabilities of sending floating reactions across the webinar viewer. This enhancement enables more dynamic interaction options for panelists while preserving the simplified attendee experience. | Web portal |
