The system displays real-time join time metrics with filtering capabilities by meeting, region, and time period. Admins can configure custom thresholds for acceptable join times and can use that to filter the dashboard. It also reflects a heat map of join meetings times which is color coded based on these configured ranges. New or enhanced feature | Billable hours tracking in meetings | In addition to phone calls, customers can track and manage billable hours for meetings. Account owners and admins can enable or disable the Track billable hours setting in the Web Portal under the General tab in the Other section. They can also configure it to manually start and stop tracking billable hours or enable automatic tracking. Client codes can be assigned, billing notes during or after a meeting can be added, and billable hours reports can be downloaded directly from Contacts . This setting is available at the account, group, and user levels. Note: This feature is only available to online paid customers and must be enabled by Zoom. With this release, customers can choose to keep the Zoom Workplace image or use the AI Companion image as the default screen shown in the waiting room.Account owners and admins can manage this setting at the account or group levels under the Meeting tab > Security section > Waiting Room Options > Customize Waiting Room . The interface automatically optimizes space by hiding suggested prompts in the AI Companion panel.
