Sharing Zoom Node resources with a sub account

Zoom supports a three-tier master-master-sub account structure for more flexible license and resource management. Master accounts can assign Zoom Node and module licenses to sub accounts, which can then create their own Zone Controllers and Multimedia Routers. This setup allows for centralized oversight while enabling sub accounts to manage their resources and switch between Meeting Connector and Zoom Meeting Hybrid environments.

  4. On the Account Details tab, under Share [resource] (ex. Share Zone Controllers), click the dropdown menu.
  5. Deselect the shared resources.
  6. Click Save.
