Configuring Zoom Docs sharing in a Zoom Room
Zoom Rooms meeting hosts can control document sharing permissions during meetings through host tools. They can enable or disable participant document sharing, specify who can share when someone else is sharing, and determine which participants can create documents. The settings distinguish between signed-in participants, users within the organization, and anonymous users.
Requirements for configuring Zoom Docs sharing in a Zoom Room
- Zoom Rooms:
- Windows: 6.4.0 or higher
- Appliances: 6.4.0 or higher
- iPad: 6.4.0 or higher
- Zoom Rooms for controllers version 6.4.0 or higher
- Host privileges in a Zoom Rooms meeting
How to configure Zoom Docs sharing in a Zoom Room
- Start or join a Zoom meeting.
- Tap More
on the Zoom Rooms controller or Touch Screen display. - Tap Host Tools
, then tap Share Zoom Docs. - Configure the settings from the following options:
- Allow participants to share docs
- Click the toggle on
or off 
- Who can start sharing when someone else is sharing?
- Host only
- All participants
- Who can create a doc in this meeting?
