If the connector version and/or runner version of your Enhanced API connector is less than the minimum required version, you must upgrade before minimum version enforcement begins in November 2025, or the Enhanced API Connector will stop functioning.

  3. At the top of the page, click API Connectors.

How do I upgrade the Enhanced API Connector for Windows Server?

Zoom recommends uninstalling the Enhanced API Connector application using the Windows OS Apps and Features control panel (also known as Add or remove programs), then rebooting the server. Next, reinstall using the most recent version of the Enhanced API Connector application,  which can be downloaded when clicking Install on the API Connector page. This action prevents the possibility of an old version of the runner remaining installed on the Windows Server. See Deploying the Enhanced API Connector for system requirements and Windows Server installation instructions.

Note: If you modified the runner.conf file of your current installation, note the changes you made before you uninstalled the Enhanced API Connector application as the runner.conf file will be removed as part of the uninstallation. Reapply the changes after reinstalling, then reboot the server.
