Preventing users from uploading audio files
Account owners and admins can set a policy to prevent users from uploading audio files in the Zoom web portal. This prevents users from uploading copyrighted audio content for features like voicemail greetings, music on hold, and call queue announcements.
Once enabled, users will not be able to upload audio on the web portal. Users will still be able to access text-to-speech or record audio files.
