Zoom Hub helps users with productivity and efficiency by providing centralized access where they can search and manage their various Zoom assets including docs, whiteboards, clips, meeting recordings, and meeting summaries.

Access to docs requires Zoom Docs to be enabled.
Access to whiteboards requires Zoom Whiteboard to be enabled.
Access to clips requires Zoom Clips to be enabled.
Zoom Hub provides users with a way to conveniently search for different types of assets that they own or that are shared with them. The search field, indicated by the Find icon , is accessible from the top of the following pages:
The search feature can be utilized in a variety of ways:
Manual input: Shows results based on the text entered in the Find all your Zoom assets field
Default search filter: Only show the most recently viewed assets (Top results), (Cloud recordings, Docs, Data Tables, Meeting summaries, Meeting agendas, Whiteboards, or Clips), or folders.
Search result filter: Shows results filtered by shared folder location (if applicable), date, by people, or by the search term limited to title only
Search result sorting: Automatically organizes search results by asset type
The top of the Home page provides quick access to creating different types of assets in Hub and creating folders.
The Home page's Recent list shows the most recently viewed assets and folders, including shared folders. This asset list displays the following details, which can be filtered by asset type or date:
Name: Shows the asset name
Owner: Shows the user name of the asset owner
Location: Shows the asset location in Hub
Last viewed: Shows when the asset was last viewed
The My files page shows all Zoom assets owned by the user. All docs, whiteboards, and clips owned by the user are located in My files, even if they weren’t created in Hub. Its asset list displays the following details, which can be filtered by asset type or date:
Name: Shows the asset/folder name
Last modified: Shows when the asset/folder was last updated
All recordings generated from meetings you host are listed under this folder by default, with cloud recordings and computer recordings sorted into separate tabs.
Cloud recordings asset list displays the same details as My files
Computer recordings asset list displays the following details:
Topic: Shows the asset name
ID: Shows the meeting ID
Host: Shows the meeting host
Start time: Shows when recording started
Computer name: Shows the computer name where the asset is stored
Location: Shows the file path in the computer where the asset is stored
All generated meeting summaries are listed under this folder by default. Its asset list displays the following details:
Name: Shows the asset name
Meeting ID: Shows the meeting ID
Date created: Shows when the asset was created
Last modified: Shows when the asset was last updated
The Shared with me page shows all Zoom assets shared with the user as a collaborator. Its asset list displays the following details, which can be filtered by asset type or date:
Name: Shows the asset name
Shared by: Shows the user name of the asset owner
Shared time: Shows when the asset was shared
The Starred page shows all the user’s favorite assets and folders, including shared folders. Its asset list displays the following details, which can be filtered by asset type or date:
Name: Shows the asset/folder name
Owner: Shows the user name of the asset/folder owner
Location: Shows the asset/folder location in Hub
Last modified: Shows when the asset was last updated
The Trash page shows all assets and folders that have been deleted within the past 30 days and aren't under shared folders. Any asset or folder in trash will be permanently deleted after 30 days. Its asset list displays the following details, which can be filtered by asset type:
Name: Shows the asset/folder name
Deleted by: Shows the user who deleted the asset
Remaining time: Shows the remaining time before the asset becomes permanently deleted
Original Location: Shows the asset/folder location in Hub before it was deleted
Hub provides users with access to all meetings that they own or participate in. The meetings are arranged by date, providing users with a quick and convenient way to browse and manage the recordings and summaries after a meeting ends. Listed meetings feature a high-level overview that includes all of its associated assets and an option to view detailed asset information.
The following filter options are available to help with search:
Filter between All meetings, Meeting with recordings, or Meetings with summaries
Filter between All meetings, Meetings I hosted, or Recurring meetings
Filter by meeting name/ID
Filter by date
Filter by participant
Recurring meetings have more options in the overview and detailed view to provide seamless access between past and present meetings.
Each meeting displays the following in its overview:
Meeting name
AI Companion icon : Indicates that a transcript is available for generating custom summary
(For recurring meetings only) Recurring meeting icon: Indicates a recurrent meeting and expands the overview for a convenient access to previous meetings with the following expanded details:

Meeting assets: Shows the total number of cloud recordings, computer recordings, and in-meeting summary and lists them with the following details:
Name: Shows the asset name

Create from meeting: Shows the number of generated custom meeting summaries and lists them with the following details:
Name: Shows the asset name
Owner: Shows the user name of the asset owner
Last modified: Shows when the asset was last updated
The Shared folders section shows a list of all shared folders that the user owns or are shared with them. Each shared folder has a separate home page with an All documents tab, which shows all assets and folders shared with all its members.
