How to find assets in Hub

Hub search

Zoom Hub provides users with a way to conveniently search for different types of assets that they own or that are shared with them. The search field, indicated by the Find icon , is accessible from the top of the following pages:

The search feature can be utilized in a variety of ways:

Home

Asset creation

The top of the Home page provides quick access to creating different types of assets in Hub and creating folders.

Recent

The Home page's Recent list shows the most recently viewed assets and folders, including shared folders. This asset list displays the following details, which can be filtered by asset type or date:

My files

The My files page shows all Zoom assets owned by the user. All docs, whiteboards, and clips owned by the user are located in My files, even if they weren’t created in Hub. Its asset list displays the following details, which can be filtered by asset type or date:

Meeting recordings folder

All recordings generated from meetings you host are listed under this folder by default, with cloud recordings and computer recordings sorted into separate tabs.

Meeting summaries folder

All generated meeting summaries are listed under this folder by default. Its asset list displays the following details:

Shared with me

The Shared with me page shows all Zoom assets shared with the user as a collaborator. Its asset list displays the following details, which can be filtered by asset type or date:

Starred

The Starred page shows all the user’s favorite assets and folders, including shared folders. Its asset list displays the following details, which can be filtered by asset type or date:

Trash

The Trash page shows all assets and folders that have been deleted within the past 30 days and aren't under shared folders. Any asset or folder in trash will be permanently deleted after 30 days. Its asset list displays the following details, which can be filtered by asset type:

Browse files by Meetings

Hub provides users with access to all meetings that they own or participate in. The meetings are arranged by date, providing users with a quick and convenient way to browse and manage the recordings and summaries after a meeting ends. Listed meetings feature a high-level overview that includes all of its associated assets and an option to view detailed asset information.

Shared folders

The Shared folders section shows a list of all shared folders that the user owns or are shared with them. Each shared folder has a separate home page with an All documents tab, which shows all assets and folders shared with all its members.
