Enabling Allow skip registration for Visitor Management

Account owners and admins can manually add visitors into the visitor management system. They can upload a CSV file containing visitor information or add visitors individually. Admins can bypass the questionnaire and photo requirements for manually added visitors if needed. Manually added visitors will appear in the upcoming visitors list, and admins can check them in and out. These visitors will also be included in reports, with a notation indicating they were manually registered.

How to enable skip registration for the account

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin
  2. In the navigation menu, click Workspaces Management.
  3. Click Visitor Management.
  4. Under Location Directory, select All Locations, then click Account Settings.
  5. Click the User Access tab.
  6. Toggle on  Allow skip registration.
  7. (Optional) To prevent users in the account from changing this setting, click the lock unlocked-button.png icon, and click Lock to confirm the setting.

How to enable skip registration for different locations

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin
  2. In the navigation menu, click Workspaces Management.
  3. Click Visitor Management.
  4. Use location hierarchy to access the location, then click Settings.
  5. Click the User Access tab.
  6. Toggle on  Allow skip registration.
    Note
    : If the option is grayed out, contact your Visitor Management admin to enable the feature.
