Using the Box Connector

The Box Connector for Zoom boosts productivity by seamlessly integrating your Box account into the Zoom Workplace. Once installed, it allows you to access, manage, and share Box files directly within Zoom, eliminating the need to switch between apps. Whether you're in a Meeting or using Team Chat, you can browse and select files from Box using the file icon, keeping your workflow efficient and focused.

In addition to easy access, the Box Connector offers flexible sharing controls. Before sharing a file link, you can adjust permissions—such as granting edit access to your organization or restricting it to view-only—right from within Zoom. This integration combines Box’s secure file storage with Zoom’s collaborative features, enabling secure, real-time teamwork without disrupting your momentum.
