Viewing the Zoom Contact Center Data Dictionary

The Zoom Contact Center Data Dictionary provides definitions for all metrics available in Zoom Contact Center CX Analytics. It includes all datasets used in both historical and real-time reports, as well as all fields displayed in Engagement Logs and the Zoom Phone & Zoom Contact Center Call Journey.

By default, the dictionary displays all datasets and their associated metrics. Information provided includes:

Users can search for specific metrics, and matching records will be displayed accordingly. To access reports and data within CX Analytics, admins must grant the appropriate permissions to users.

How to access the Zoom Contact Center Data Dictionary

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Analytics & Reports.
  3. Click the Contact Center tab.
  4. Click the Try CX Analytics banner.
    You will be redirected to the Reports page.
  5. In the bottom-left corner, click Data Dictionary.
    The Zoom Contact Center Data Dictionary panel will open on the right side of the screen.
