Enabling or disabling AI Companion settings for specific rooms or locations

Account owners and admins can configure AI Companion settings specifically for Zoom Rooms using the location hierarchy in the admin portal. Admins can enable or disable AI features like meeting summaries, smart recording, and question-asking capabilities at the account, location, or individual room level. Users must claim ownership of ad-hoc meetings through QR code scanning or email verification before accessing AI Companion features. Once claimed, the meeting automatically inherits the user's personal AI Companion settings.
