Assigning Zoom Scheduler licenses to users
To access Zoom Scheduler, each user must be assigned the appropriate license by an admin. Enabling the feature at the account level is not enough, licenses must be granted on a per-user basis.
If a user tries to access Zoom Scheduler without a license, they may see an error message such as "Your admin has not assigned your license" or be prompted to purchase the add-on, even though the feature appears enabled.
This article explains why this issue occurs and how to resolve it by correctly assigning Zoom Scheduler licenses to users.

- Enterprise Plus plans typically include Scheduler licenses at a 1:1 ratio
- Users must have both their Zoom account license and a Scheduler license to use the feature
