Zoom is introducing a new Zoom Service Status page, www.zoomstatus.com, which Zoom will be transitioning to on August 14, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:00 AM UTC.
Due to this, we are requesting that all customers subscribed to status.zoom.us and/or zoom.status.com also add the www.zoomstatus.com site to their allow list for proper access now and in the future.
Based on the method of notification(s) you're subscribed to, you may need to make changes to your network firewall and/or spam filters to ensure access to the new status page.
On August 14, 2025, at 1:00 to 2:00 AM UTC, please add the www.zoomstatus.com URL to your allow list now to ensure you are properly rerouted to avoid any access issues.
If you are already subscribed to the current status.zoom.us via email notices, we will ensure your email subscription is transferred to the new www.zoomstatus.com page. However, please ensure that your inbox does not tag no-reply@zoomstatus.com as spam, so you can receive the notices as expected.
If you are already subscribed to the current status.zoom.us via SMS notices, we will ensure your SMS subscriptions are transferred to the new www.zoomstatus.com page. No additional action will be required.
If you are already subscribed to the current status.zoom.us via Slack and/or Webhook notices, we will ensure your Slack and/or Webhook subscriptions are transferred to the new www.zoomstatus.com page. However, please ensure any systems processing these requests are configured to support the new www.zoomstatus.com URLs.
During the transition time, you will need to migrate your RSS/Atom feed to the new feed URLs. This will ensure that post-migration, your systems are set to receive notifications during this time.
Specifically for RSS/Atom, please ensure you have migrated from:
