Setting up Visitor Receptionist roles
Account owners and administrators can assign users the visitor receptionist role to manage visitor-related tasks. Users with this role can view and manage visitor reservations at designated locations and send invitations on behalf of licensed users, without access to account settings or other system features.
Requirements for visitor receptionist roles
- Prp Business, Enterprise and Education
- A Zoom Visitor Management paid license
- Account owner or admin privileges to assign roles
How to assign the visitor receptionist role
Admin
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click User Management, then Users.
- Select the user you want to assign the role to.
- Click Edit next to the user's name.
- Click User Role, select Visitor Receptionist from the drop-down menu.
- Choose location access:
- Select All locations to grant access to all visitor management locations
- Select Specific locations to limit access to designated locations
- Click Save.
How to manage visitor reservations as a receptionist
View visitor reservations
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Workspaces Management , then Invitations.
- Click the Upcoming tab to view all upcoming visitor reservations for your assigned locations.
