Recording with AI Companion in Zoom Rooms

Users can use AI Companion to capture in-person conversations. To do this, they can start recordings directly from the Zoom Room home screen, even during scheduled calendar events of the meeting client. When starting a new ad-hoc meeting, users can claim ownership of the meetings through QR code scanning or email verification when AI Companion features have been enabled. Once claimed, the user will receive all the meeting assets from the meeting card or email, such as recordings, meeting summaries, and whiteboards.
