Zoom offers SMS across multiple countries, number types, and products. However, in the US and Canada, when a 10DLC number is used, carrier-imposed campaign volume tier restrictions come into play and influence your overall messaging throughput.

How to understand 10DLC campaign volume options

Zoom supports two tiers of volume for 10DLC Campaigns: low-volume and high-volume SMS campaigns. Carriers have specifically defined these campaign types for UCaaS providers such as Zoom.

When creating a 10DLC campaign with Zoom, the default campaign provisioned is a high-volume campaign. Customers also have the option to provision a low-volume campaign, which is included at no cost. However, a low-volume campaign has limited throughput and is only recommended if your SMS usage is low.
