Vetting for 10DLC brands

Zoom supports vetting your 10DLC brands from within the Zoom admin web portal. Administrators can request their 10DLC brand to be vetted by The Campaign Registry (TCR) from the admin web portal by clicking Apply for Vetting.

Brand vetting directly impacts how many messages you can send. The higher your brand score, the more throughput you receive. Learn more about how brand vetting impacts 10DLC SMS throughput.

The brand vetting process is completely managed by The Campaign Registry and results in a brand score to be allocated to your brand. This score is determined independently by TCR, and Zoom has no ability to influence the brand score that you receive.
