Creating files in Zoom Hub with Zoom AI Companion provides users with a seamless and centralized access to AI-powered content generation of various Zoom assets, such as docs, data tables, whiteboards, and clips.

Requirements for creating files with AI Companion

• A Zoom Workplace Pro, Zoom Workplace Pro Plus, Zoom Workplace Business, Zoom Workplace Business Plus, Zoom Workplace Enterprise, Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus, or Enterprise Bundle account

• Account owner or admin privileges to enable at account or group level
  Note: AI Companion may not be available for select verticals and other select customers.

• Zoom desktop app

  • Windows: 6.5.5 or higher

  • macOS: 6.5.5 or higher

  • Linux: 6.5.5 or higher

• Creating files in Hub with AI Companion enabled

• To create docs or data tables in Hub with AI companion:

  • Out-of-meeting docs enabled

  • Docs content generation with AI Companion enabled

• To create whiteboard in Hub with AI companion:

  • Out-of-meeting whiteboard enabled

  • Whiteboard content generation with AI Companion enabled

• To create clips in Hub with AI companion:

  • Clips enabled

  • Zoom Clips avatars with AI Companion enabled

How to create a doc in Hub with AI companion

1. Access Zoom Hub.

2. In the left sidebar, click Home.
   The home page will be displayed.

3. At the top of the home page, click Create.

4. Click the Docs tab.

5. Create a prompt from one of these options:

   • Enter your prompt in the text field, then click the send icon to the right.

   • (Optional) Click the mention icon  to add meetings and docs as input.
   • (Optional) Click the attach icon  to attach supported files as input.

   • Under Create from recent meetings, select one of the meeting-based prompt templates.

   • Under Recommended prompts, select one of the prompt templates.

   The Create a doc popup will preview the generated data table.

6. Click Create.

How to create a data table in Hub with AI companion

1. Access Zoom Hub.

2. In the left sidebar, click Home.
   The home page will be displayed.

3. At the top of the home page, click Create.

4. Click the Data tables tab.

5. Create a prompt from one of these options:

   • Enter your prompt in the text field, then click the send icon to the right.

   • (Optional) Click the mention icon  to add meetings and docs as input.
   • (Optional) Click the attach icon  to attach supported files as input.

   • Under Recommended prompts, select one of the prompt templates.

How to create a whiteboard in Hub with AI companion

1. Access Zoom Hub.

2. In the left sidebar, click Home.
   The home page will be displayed.

3. At the top of the home page, click Create.

4. Click the Whiteboards tab.

5. Create a prompt from one of these options:

   • Enter your prompt in the text field, then click the send icon to the right.

   • Under Diagrams, select one of the diagram templates.

   • Under Recommended prompts, select one of the prompt template.

   The Create a whiteboard popup will preview the generated data table.

6. Click Create.

How to create a clip in Hub with AI companion

1. Access Zoom Hub.

2. In the left sidebar, click Home.
   The home page will be displayed.

3. At the top of the home page, click Create.

4. Click the Clips tab.

5. Click Go to Clips to create.
   This will redirect the user to Zoom Clips.

6. Use Zoom Clips to create a clip with avatars.
