Enabling AI Topics for Quality Management

The AI Topics feature requires consent from the account owner/admin to enable and access. Once enabled, AI Topics will assign both custom and AI-detected topics to Quality Management interactions. This article covers enabling the AI Topics feature for a Quality Management account.

Enabling AI Topics for Quality Management from Account Settings

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal using an account with the privilege to change account settings.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Account Settings, then click the Quality Management tab.
  3. In the contents list on the left, click Analytics.
  4. Under Topics Mentioned, click Upgrade.
    The Upgrade to AI Topics pop-up will appear.
    Note: This option will not appear if you have already upgraded to AI Topics.
  5. In the Upgrade to AI Topics pop-up, click Consent and upgrade after reviewing the contents of the pop-up.
    Topics Mentioned will change to Topics.
  6. In the Quality Management tab, click AI Models Use.
  7. Ensure that the Topics setting is enabled.
