Enabling AI Topics for Quality Management
The AI Topics feature requires consent from the account owner/admin to enable and access. Once enabled, AI Topics will assign both custom and AI-detected topics to Quality Management interactions. This article covers enabling the AI Topics feature for a Quality Management account.
Requirements for enabling AI Topics for Quality Management
- Account owner or admin privileges; or relevant role/privilege
- Quality Management or ZCX Elite license
Enabling AI Topics for Quality Management from Account Settings
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal using an account with the privilege to change account settings.
- In the navigation pane, click Account Settings, then click the Quality Management tab.
- In the contents list on the left, click Analytics.
- Under Topics Mentioned, click Upgrade.
The Upgrade to AI Topics pop-up will appear.
Note: This option will not appear if you have already upgraded to AI Topics. - In the Upgrade to AI Topics pop-up, click Consent and upgrade after reviewing the contents of the pop-up.
Topics Mentioned will change to Topics. - In the Quality Management tab, click AI Models Use.
- Ensure that the Topics setting is enabled.
