Enabling call authentication for Zoom numbers

The call authentication integration feature enables customers to support TransUnion’s Spoof Call Protection and Branded Calling features.

How to enable call authentication for Zoom numbers

Enable call authentication for a single Zoom number

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Number Management and then Phone Numbers.
  3. Click a number you want to manage.
  4. In the Capabilities section, to the right of Call Authentication, select the Enable TransUnion checkbox.
  5. Click Save.

Enabling this setting will send call information to TransUnion. They must be configured in their portal, or the service will not work. Enabled numbers will have a black shield icon on the Number Management page.

Enable call authentication for multiple Zoom numbers

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Number Management and then Phone Numbers.
  3. Select the checkboxes of the phone numbers you want to manage.
  4. At the top of the page, click Call Authentication, then click Enable.
    A verification window will appear.
  5. In the window, click Enable.

Enabling this setting will send call information to TransUnion. They must be configured in their portal, or the service will not work. Enabled numbers will have a black shield icon on the Number Management page.
