The call authentication integration feature enables customers to support TransUnion’s or First Orion's Spoof Call Protection and Branded Calling features.
Note: Phone numbers must also be configured in TransUnion’s or First Orion's portal.

Call authentication for phone numbers has the following limitations:
Enabling will send outbound call information to the branded calling provider. They must be configured in their portal, or the service will not work. Enabled numbers will have a black shield icon
on the Number Management page.
