How to enable in-meeting chat DLP (Data Loss Prevention scanning) integration
Data Loss Prevention (DLP) is a set of tools and processes used to ensure that sensitive data is not lost, misused, or accessed by unauthorized individuals. DLP policies can be configured to scan messages and files shared during Zoom meetings and take actions such as blocking, modifying, or removing content that violates the organization's compliance rules. To enable DLP integration for Zoom, account owners and admins must first integrate with a DLP partner that supports Zoom's DLP APIs.
In addition to configuring DLP for your users, you can also allow external participants' DLP policies to apply to their sent in-meeting messages and file sharing.
Note: This feature must be enabled by Zoom
