Understanding Zoom Auto Dialer analytics

Zoom Auto Dialer contains its own analytics within the seller productivity report, available from the Dialer page. With the seller productivity report, users can view their own analytics as well as the analytics of entire teams or organizations, provided they have the appropriate permissions to do so. These analytics included data such as the number of connected calls, the number of meetings booked, and the number of returned calls that have been answered. Data from this page can be exported to CSV as well, making it digestible in other formats.

How to access the seller productivity report

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Revenue Accelerator, then Dialer.
  3. In the top right corner, click View seller productivity report.
  4. You will be taken to the Zoom Auto Dialer analytics page.

How to filter the seller productivity report

  1. Access the seller productivity report.
  2. In the top row, click the Scope dropdown and select one of the following options:
  3. In the top row, click the Time Period dropdown and select one of the following options:
  4. In the top row, click the Rep name dropdown and either search for a name or click the checkbox next to a name to select that representative. Only selected representatives will be included in the productivity report.
    Note: If no representatives are selected, then all representatives available within the scope of the report will be included.
  5. Under the overview metrics, to the right of the representative table, click the gear icon .
  6. Toggle each column you do not wish to view in the representative table, then click Confirm.
    The representative table will hide the columns you chose to toggle off.
    Note: You can undo this by clicking Reset.

How to understand the seller productivity report overview

  1. Access the seller productivity report.
  2. Filter the seller productivity report according to your desired metrics.
  3. Below the filters, the following metrics will be available:
  4. To the right of each representative under the Rep name column, you can view a representative’s individual metrics from the above list.

How to export the seller productivity report

  1. Access the seller productivity report.
  2. Configure the report’s filters as desired.
  3. To the right of the filter dropdowns, click Export to CSV.
    The Seller_productivity_report file will be downloaded in accordance with configured filters.
