Using AI suggestions for task lists

Users can streamline their task organization process by having AI Companion evaluate the and recommend personalized lists based on the task content and context, using the task list’s title as well as tasks already added to the list to determine if a task should be added to the list.

Requirements for using AI suggestions for personal task lists

• A Licensed user on a Zoom Workplace Pro, Zoom Workplace Pro Plus, Zoom Workplace Business, Zoom Workplace Business Plus, Zoom Workplace Enterprise, Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus, or Enterprise Bundle account
• Zoom Tasks enabled
• Task creation and management with AI Companion enabled
• Zoom Workplace desktop app for Windows, macOS, or Linux: 6.5.0 or higher
  Note: AI Companion may not be available for select verticals and select regional customers.

How to use AI suggestions for personal task lists

Enabling AI suggestions for a new list

1. Sign in to the Zoom Workplace desktop app.
2. Click the Tasks tab .
   Note: If you do not see the Tasks tab, click the More tab, then click Tasks. 
3. Next to Lists, click the Add button .
4. Enter the Name of the list.
5. Enable Enable AI suggestions.
6. Select the behavior for tasks added to the list by AI Companion:
   • Automatically add suggested tasks: AI Companion will automatically add tasks to the list.
   • Review before adding: Tasks suggested for the list will have to be manually added to the list. 
7. Click Save.

Enabling AI suggestions for a current list

1. Sign in to the Zoom Workplace desktop app.
2. Click the Tasks tab .

3. Under Lists, click the desired list.
4. At the top of the list view, next to the list name, click the More button .
5. Enable Enable AI suggestions.
6. Select the behavior for tasks added to the list by AI Companion:
   • Automatically add suggested tasks: AI Companion will automatically add tasks to the list.
   • Review before adding: Tasks suggested for the list will have to be manually added to the list. 
7. Click Save.

Adding suggested tasks to a list

To use this feature, Review before adding needs to be selected when enabling AI Suggestions.

1. Sign in to the Zoom Workplace desktop app.
2. Click the Tasks tab .

3. Under Lists, click the desired list.
4. Under Suggested from your tasks, next to the desired task, click + Add.

3. Next to Lists, click the Add button .
4. Enter the Name of the list.
5. Enable Enable AI suggestions.
