Importing shift groups and using the shift group Task Center

Account owners and admins can streamline shift group creation by uploading multiple CSV files simultaneously. The import process can be monitored through the "In Progress" and "Completed" tabs, allowing administrators to track the status of each upload. Users can preview validated files, review errors for any failed imports, and download detailed error reports to help with troubleshooting.
