Enabling emergency calls to Public Safety Answering Point
Account owners and admins can enable or disable the Emergency Calls to Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) setting for a phone user. When enabled, the phone user can place emergency calls to a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). Emergency calls are routed based on emergency call routing settings. When disabled, emergency calls placed by the user will not be delivered to the PSAP, but will still be delivered to the Internal Safety Response Team based on the settings.

- Pro, Business, or Education account
- Account owner or admin privileges
- Zoom Phone license
How to enable or disable emergency calls to Public Safety Answering Point
Phone user
To enable or disable Emergency Calls to Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for a phone user:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Users & Rooms.
- Click the Users tab.
- Click the applicable phone user name from the list.
- Click the Policy tab.
- Under General, click the Emergency Calls to Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) toggle to enable or disable it.
- If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
